Course Policies:

Please read and accept the following terms:

1. Cancellation Policy:

   • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the class will receive a full refund.

   • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class will not be refunded.

2. Late Arrival Policy:

   • Participants are encouraged to arrive on time. Arrivals later than 15 minutes after the start of the class may result in forfeiting your spot without a refund.

3. Liability Waiver:

   • By attending this class, you agree to release and hold harmless the class instructors and venue from any claims or damages that may occur during the class.

4. Health & Safety:

   • Please inform the instructor of any allergies or medical conditions that may require attention during the class.

5. Class Materials:

   • All necessary materials will be provided unless otherwise specified.

Photo Release Form for Advertising:

As part of our Braiding Class, we may take photographs or videos of participants during the session. These images may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. Please complete the form below to grant or deny permission for the use of your image.

By signing this form, I hereby grant Trena-Lasha Wig & Beauty Studio permission to use my likeness in photographs and/or videos taken during the Braiding Class for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, use on social media platforms, websites, brochures, flyers, or other marketing materials.

I understand that these images will be used exclusively for lawful purposes and will not be sold to third parties.

Additional Consent Forms (Optional):

I also grant permission to Trena-Lasha Wig & Beauty Studio to edit, alter, or composite the photos/videos as necessary, as long as the images are used for the intended promotional purposes mentioned above.
